Meet Dionne M. Fleshman, PHR
Founder & President

Ms. Fleshman has over fifteen years of business experience ranging from conducting classroom trainings to managing meetings to the development of advanced marketing materials.

She is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR), with experience in all facets of the industry, including benefits, administration, payroll, recruitment, hiring and performance evaluations. In fact, she's currently studying for the Senior PHR exam.

She has also spent years as a conference and meeting manager, overseeing risk, travel and general logistics on a diversity of projects both within the private and government sectors. She currently oversees TDG as a whole, acts as a community liaison, recruits new business and finalizes client strategies.

Ms. Fleshman has been recognized as a Award of Professional Excellence in Human Resources Management Finalist (2010); '20 Under 40' Honoree (2009); Education Policy Fellow (2008-2009); Leadership South Carolina Member (2008); and Leadership Columbia Member (2007). Additionally, she is a member of the National Society of Human Resources Management, Toastmasters International and the Rotary International Club.
